The C100 produces AVCHD file which are supported.

1. Copy the entire SD card to the Media drive. Do not delete, rename or move anything inside those folders.

2. Make sure the Media Browser is seeing the folder as AVCHD and not as Files. (Drop down filter to the left of the eye.)

3. Use the Media Browser for Import.

After effects is the way to go: rotoscoping or use a greenscreen the next time you are filming

Posterize is not obsolete it is still in the Stylize folder, it’s just a non GPU accelerated effect.

I drop an AL over the timeline and the render bar will reappear.

Then I remove the AL from the timeline.

Could trash media cache too.

You can save effects as a preset. You cannot save a transition as a preset.

If your mic is mono you wont get stereo in the timeline.

You need to modify the file in the Project window and then add to the timeline.

Might want to have a look at Audition. Imo far more easy to record voice over.
