Totally, rarely does anything key correctly through an entire scene.
1) Duplicate the layer
2) On layer 1 create a rough, tracked, mask around your people. Key the greenscreen that’s left around them
3) On layer 2, create a mask around the glass and key it separately, you’ll need to be a lot more gentle with the settings.If the subject and the glass cross at any point, you may need to do some rotoscoping, but I think anyone would be hard pressed to say you could do this with one key.

Is there a reason you didn’t work backwards? Constructing the 3d model from the projection of the house and then keyframing the camera backwards for the move?

You reshoot. I’m not being facetious.
You, or your producer most likely, have to face a choice: Do you 1) reshoot, 2) do you composite the scene in a way that matches the existing footage (lit room with flat lighting, out of focus background) or 3) do you composite to your ideal background knowing it doesn’t match.
Beyond that, it’s foundational:
1) Edge control and blending
2) Color correction
3) Motion trackingNo amount of color correction can change the lighting on a 2d element. What increases the problem is that, as humans, we’ve evolved a very fine sense for light direction, perspective, and so on.

Are you keying everything with the same settings? Or have you separated the foreground, keyed each section differently, but still feel you’re not getting a good key just for the glass?

As a 3d layer try moving it even further in z-space. Since you didn’t really describe why it feels/looks wrong to you, I’m assuming it’s moving more than would be correct for the perspective. Also your 3d layer, for accuracy should be viewed with a 3d camera set to approximate the camera on-set.

When you trim, it includes the frame in the playhead, which is the frame in front of the CTI.
As far as I know, there is no way to change this behavior and it seems counter intuitive because most trims in NLE programes cut on (or before) the frame on the playhead.

I like Jim’s suggestion. You may be able to use a luma key and a loose mask to at least build a track of the offending strap.

Premiere will interpret 5DmkIII files correctly, although you may want to make sure that your software is up to date as there are some bug fixes in 6.0.1 that help straighten that out.
As far as how Apple Color and Davinci Resolve deal with it, those two programs are out of my specialty so I can’t say.
