You can use true comp duplicator from aescripts.com
It is free, if you will name your price as 0.This script will copy all your comps and precomps and used footage.

You can do extruding by mettle free form (that is included in AF from cs5, I think). -
I think this is an image applied to video with luma matte with motion and edge blur.

Another way to do it – is to take any photo – apply out of focus or another blur, apply levels to make it more contrast, and then move it from the right to the left in 5-10 frames with motion blur applied.
Or you can make an out of focus shot of a night highway, and will have better result for the footage.

Some days ago I’ve run across a program called Perfect resize pro, that uses the method of enlargement different from others.
I was impressed by results.You can export to sequence,
enlarge every frame x2-3 times,
than import back to SD.That will work.

You should first rotate the dandelion, precomp animation, and then shift its rotation… -

Assign you dandelion to Layer map->use layer,
and then play with Cannon settings… -

Awesome video…I think, this is not morph.
Seems to me, letters was divided on simple shapes, which was animated
with a help of masks and alpha mattes.
