If I were you, I should try to do it the next way.Find some good branch photo.
Divide it on parts.
Then, draw shape on every that should be the “glowing one”.
Then, assign dash to shape, animate and distort it add wiggle, where it is needed.
Add shape to the “glowing peace” with some blending mode.
Distribute branch parts in z axis and apply depth of field and levels with wiggle to add flickering. -

Have you thought about extruding you dice after being animated by Newton? with 3dextruder of aescripts, or some plugins…
Or, maybe, you can use Newton 2d physics, bake it and add

This is a fake combining into a logo.
I see a dissolve in the vid.This logo streams can be made from a sprite of some particle system.
For sprite layer should be taken a comp with all logos slideshow inside.
Then they should be born enough and set emitting to 0.
After that, particles can be directed by a path or a gravity or a wind.If I were you, I would do in that way.

If you select camera layer and hit “u”, all keyframed properties will drop down. You need to set up new keyframes when your placeholder is in the biggest size and copy them forward to video end.
If this is an advice you are asking for…Yes, all other keyframes need to be shifted ahead on time spent on video. If there are many comps and animations to manipulate with, you can try to timeremap those comps.
