How to achieve this ‘glowing veins’ look?
Hi, I need to make that ‘glowing veins’ look and apply it to my footage (specifically – opening gate):
(first half shows the effect, second half – my footage)
Can you recommend any good techniques, or maybe plugins?
I’m thinking to use Trapcode 3D Stroke, but not entirely sure how to act.

Hi Levan.
If I were you, I should try to do it the next way.Find some good branch photo.
Divide it on parts.
Then, draw shape on every that should be the “glowing one”.
Then, assign dash to shape, animate and distort it add wiggle, where it is needed.
Add shape to the “glowing peace” with some blending mode.
Distribute branch parts in z axis and apply depth of field and levels with wiggle to add flickering.
