Solution 1: Set first keyframe to a Hold keyframe.
Solution 2: Select both keyframes, then in Animation/Keyframe Interpolation, make sure all are set to Linear.
To avoid in the future, set “default spatial intertpretation to linear” on in preferences.

Not exactly. But you could apply a Hue/Saturation filter and adjust the colour in real time from there.

To export high resolution (not vector) version:
Create a comp with the print resolution you want. (Forget about DPI, AE doesn’t understand it, so work out the math to get the number of pixels you need, eg: 6×4 inch at 300 dpi = 1800×1200 pixels)
Drag your original comp to the new comp and enable Collapse Transformations. Save Frame As. -
You need to precompose the 3D Inv layer, then mask. Filters like 3D Inv. are processed AFTER masks when applied to the same layer.

Exams cost US $150 to sit. In my experience, unless you are seeking employment as an instructor (for which certification is a requirement of the employer) a decent showreel will do way more than a logo on your resume ever will.
