Well. I am not sure if you have the copyrights to do that.. but IF you do, it’s just a matter of converting it to AIFF. This is a bit of complicated matter, cause it’s very easy to do this technically, but I am a bit unsure of the creativeCows view on this. Any Admins have an opinion ?

I have done this on broadcast stuff shot in HD. It’s absolutely fantastic. Much better than what I managed to do in Shake (however, that might be caused by my limited knowledge in shake)

I am managing a 12 suite system with only decklink cars. We are getting so tired of problem with accurate edit to tape problems, and other stuff, so I have bought my first Aja. I guess the decklink might be better if you just look at techspecs, but for us it is MUCH more important to know that the product works without any hickups.

You are right. It doesn’t work. You know, I’ve just bought my first aja card to put in our output mac. It’s pricy, but I cant live without frame accurate edit to tape.

Yeah.. try to change the frame offset from 4 frames to 5.

Nope. It doesn’t work. I get letterboxed output whatever I do. Timeline in dvcproHD – 980-720.
I am working with PAL. Is this a problem for other pal users ? A bug ???

My find in bin function startet getting wonky just with this upgrade. Everything else worked nicely. So if find in bin is important for you, I would NOT do it.
