    In my defense I always address the manual before I post. I expect to get tips/tricks from the experts when posting to this forum. There are many ways of achieving the same results.

    All answers have been helpful.

    Thx,
    Amber

    That doesn’t help me. Anyone else have a suggestion?

    Nope – why? Did you find one?

  • In my situation it would be useful. The model is of a tick – for a dog prescription product. It doesn’t have much detail – it’s a solid shape with a solid color. I would like to use it in AE with other motion graphics, etc. So yes, b/c I don’t work with 3D it would definitely be useful. But then again, when it it comes to lights, etc thats where it could get tricky. I hope they iron out this feature someday.

  • Thanks for being so straight forward. When I was researching on Google I got all kinds of false promises. I really appreciate your help and this forum. Take care.

    I tried that. It doesn’t look right – it changes the color of the comp that I’m trying to apply to. Is there a way to make the solid transparent? Of course I can bring down the opacity but that means I loose the effect as well. I want the effect to be on a transparent layer. Tried null – that doesn’t work either.

    I tried setting the speed of the audio to both 99.9 and 100.1 – still no luck. I also tried setting my sequence settings to 24 frames instead of 23.98. No go.

    You can actually see in the timeline that the audio is delayed. The marker will pass the part where there are audio wave forms before it plays.

    It has to do with the frame rate. When I change my settings to 29.97 the audio sounds great and is spot on but of course the video looks weird.

    * loud sigh *

    Thanks – I’ll play around with it to try and get the effect I’m looking for – much appreciated!
