Can I revisit this question please?
I have a dvd architect 6 document that i brought home to edit.
I don’t have the serial numbers – they’re at work.
(I haven’t upgraded to 14 yet because I want Caption Assistant to work on vegas.)
so, i have dvd architect pro 6 which came with vegas 13.
it doesn’t matter if I have watermarks because I can quickly fix that once back at work but would like to work on this doc whilst at home and don’t know how to get dvd archtiect pro 6 from home, trial or otherwise?
is this possible just for editing purposes?
so i have the purchased version on my pc at work but not on this laptop. I thought i could download a trial for the weekend to edit on, but can’t see any place to access one.
    thanks.

Really interesting you bring this up. I’ve been rendering ad nauseum recently, moving DVD stock from library shelves across to hard drive. I, too , have an older computer. it was slow but working. we had an office shift everythign was mmoved out, renovation, moved back in. still worked ok but slow. then electrictians came in and everything had to be moved out and back in again. this time, turned it on, after 2nd render, the power supply ‘blew’ in the computer and needed to be replaced. i’m convinced it was all the moving to and fro and dust settling in different places. we were doing exactly the same thing, rendering mp4’s after previously doing them with no problem.

September 10, 2016 at 3:50 am in reply to: Reinstalling Magix Vegas Pro 13 on another Pc?

Well, for starters, I didn’t realize I could put vegas pro 13 on different computers so I’m fairly annoyed at myself for not realizing! I really need it on pc and laptop.
Anyway, I will soon have a new computer so need to check this also. I have vegas pro 13 and don’t want to upgrade to magix because i’m about to purchase captionAssistant for pro 13, and will eventually have to re-locate both of these onto a new pc.
    Thanks.

Lucky you asked this. I, too, might not upgrade. So, if I need a second Vegas somewhere down the track, will 13 still be exactly the same?

  • Thanks, I’ll try that when back at work tomorrow.
