I could badly need Steve Jobs patent… but it’s a rare gift!! 😉
Could use Shake at friend’s studio… but i’m sure it would take me a lot of time just to get Shake’s UI back in mind! ;p
I tried the Bulge Filter but coudn’t get it nice vertical as needed.
Your idea with the gradient might be the thing… i’ll try this one out tomorrow!I also could just go beack in Blender and maybe rotoscopy the .mov on a cylindrcal shape… That’s another trail…

In fact, idealistically, what i should be able to do is to have my .mov “projected” on a cylindric convex shape… This would correct the vertical squeezing in the middle of frames.
Can this be done in Motion? If not wich app could handle it?
B.R. and have a nice day

Over? This will not change the stretching of the pictures..!?!? It would rather be the .mov to be maped on a Bézier shape, it seams. But how to do it?… that’s the question…

Ha! Haaaa!… Thought about Motion… Only felt very strange not to find any handdles i could had on the frames edges directly in FC !?!?
Would be nice to have it incorporated in one of the next releases… don’t you think so?Thanks for your answer and Best Regards,
AW
EDIT: Grr! Will have to go asking on Motion’s forum… Can’t get this movie on a form i could tweak!! ;.(

Gosh! Sorry for you… was more hoping for someone replying: -Make this and make that and it’ll be fine.
Well, have you installed the Intel upgrade?
I was looking forward my next hardware upgrade AND FC studio IntelMac upgrade to have that problem definitely behind me!
;o/ Someone else?
Wondered if it is was bug following the last OSX security patch… but if IntelMac have that issue too… !?!?To be creative is the best way to be gratefull towards life

Well, found some emergency turnaround: exporting through Compressor does work… Yet, it is real spontaneous job, because the result is lone survivor… still absolutely no saved file by the way!
An MacOS upgrade issue? Should really find some solution to this.
Anybody had that one these last times? To be creative is the best way to be gratefull towards life

;( None to encounter this problem?
Let me specify: I made a mask (rounded end at the right of a rectangle) background is on transparent. At this point, the mask is perfectly working. When I import (didn’t find direct swf export… is there any in the latest PPC upgrade I have?) in my Flash library, the square ground apears to be full black with 100% opacity!! ;O Can’t understand why!?!Someone? P-p-p-please!

Hello!
Sad to anounce that this didn’t do it!…
Tiger is on a sole 20Gb large partition and most of apps have room on the Panther partition wich is larger.
As I can’t install more on Tiger’s the way to the other apps have been found by all (of course FC Studio had to get reactivated with the SNs). Wondering why only Motion causes this problem.
Anyway, I’ll upgrade to the UB version when the Mac Pro comes at the end of year, so, for the remaining time, I’ll be just forced to reboot on Panther everytime I need to work in Motion… Finally only a matter of some more patience…
Or anybody else had this problem and found another turnaround?PS MY GC is a flashed Readon 9800 Pro —> recognized under Panther and not any alert window poping when trying to lounch Motion in Tiger…
