No Motion since Tiger…
Hello,
Have a little problem since having Tiger.
Motion refuses to work with Tiger. All others of the Studio HD just do as before but Motion makes 2 bumps and than stay quite in the Dock. Nothing else happens.
Most of my apps are on the Panther partition (I always do it this way since there are each time some undesired issues with OS upgrades) and I have to boot back on Panther to use Motion.
I have a Readon 9800 pro gc in my 2x1ghz DMM 2gb ram. With Panther, it’s a recognized Gcard.
Is there a known graphic card recognition issue with Tiger?
Did someone amongst you also have this sort of trouble?BR and thanks in advance for any hint

Sad to anounce that this didn’t do it!…
Tiger is on a sole 20Gb large partition and most of apps have room on the Panther partition wich is larger.
As I can’t install more on Tiger’s the way to the other apps have been found by all (of course FC Studio had to get reactivated with the SNs). Wondering why only Motion causes this problem.
Anyway, I’ll upgrade to the UB version when the Mac Pro comes at the end of year, so, for the remaining time, I’ll be just forced to reboot on Panther everytime I need to work in Motion… Finally only a matter of some more patience…
Or anybody else had this problem and found another turnaround?PS MY GC is a flashed Readon 9800 Pro —> recognized under Panther and not any alert window poping when trying to lounch Motion in Tiger…
