In theory….would one need a SSD RAID?
no moving parts to fail?
and you probably wouldn’t see a speed improvement because SSD’s are already faster than spinning disks…
maybe a mirror for security…. certainly not a stripe set, I’d guess….

Bridge does open P2 structures now (JOY….)

Was there reframing of audio levels done in FCP….that is also present in PPro?
I you had done this…and that’s missing….it may be that XML doesn’t pass audio level data as part of its specification…

Maybe….
I think that what PPro is looking at the the full file path to any file when importing the asset.
When you move to a different machine, and have relinked…..that’s now likely different….
so PPro isn’t doing any fancy media content analysis….
just comparing path strings….
so when they are different… PPro errors on the side of not linking to a mistmatched asset with the same file name…. ?

In case you were wondering….here’s the answer….
“Greetings Alex,
In After Effects, inside of the CINEWARE Effects window, there should be an Options button. If you click this Options button, you should be able to set what version of C4D you want to use for rendering, and which version of C4D you want to open up when you choose “Edit Original”.
By default they should be set to the Lite versions, which are buried in the AE CC Plug-ins directory. Sounds like somewhere along the way, these have been custom set to look at the commercial Broadcast installation.
If you want to revert these back to the CINEMA 4D Lite version, set them to the following paths within the Options window:
CINEMA 4D render path – Define the CINEMA 4D version for rendering:
Applications \ Adobe \ Adobe After Effects CC \ Plug-ins \ MAXON CINEWARE AE \ (CINEWARE Support) \ bin \CineRender.appCINEMA 4D executable path – Define the CINEMA 4D version for “Edit Original”:
