Many thanks for your quick response – unfortunately the company that client normally uses is shooting with DVCAM and the whole media distribution process is geared for receiving a DV file…we are the new kids on the block for two months but it did bring to mind that we usually edit DVCpro50 in most cases so this could be an issue.
However I shall experiment with speeds as you suggested. Would not like to change the design of logo at this stage.

    Many thanks once again

I have rendered to both animation and dv codecs. The resultant clips play fine in QT player and WM player but gets fudged up in the Premiere timeline.

Just an addendum – I have tried rendering in both Animation and DV codecs. The clip will play cleanly in QT player or WM Player. however in Premiere timeline, the clip becomes blocky.

I am experiencing the same problem. I have just installed an ASUS 9800GTX card and while I can get everything else to load I don’t have any success with the video display drivers. Premiere does not crash however – but I have no video input via the card. I have installed 6.7.2 drivers and this is the first time that it does a frimware upgrade before loading drivers. (Not using MUlitbridge)

Found the problem and I suppose it was obvious but I did not think of reinstalling monitor drivers as I had just completed a clean install of everything from OS down to apps. Production suite was the last installation so somewhere between the first installation of monitor drivers and the apps inbetween, the monitor drivers must have got corrupted. Sigh!

Problem solved by reinstalling OS. That allowed me to reinstall CS3 and that in turn cured the problem…Bit of a shlep but obviously there was something wrong in the OS woodshed

In the export menu you have option to export embedded or streaming…I think (possibly I am wrong) this refers to whether you ftp the file or not

Thank you – we did go the other route and the editor battled to cut the MPEG clip in Encore. Now I know for next time. Many thanks

Thank you – will definately give it a shot. Is there a qualification regarding which government it will work for?
