I have a project which is DVCPro 50 PAL and I created a logo in AE using the animation codec approx 75%. My render settings in Premiere are 10 bit uncompressed 4:2:2 YUC.
The problem is that no matter what file rendering I use in AE, upper lower or no fields…the animation imports blocky. When rendered even wors. The text in the animation are AI files and the background video is a HD prog clip (resized).

If I use the DVCPro settings in Premiere to render – the animation renders blocky but with large rectangular blocks – sometimes 1 or 3 which pulsate as the video plays. Not having used DVDCpro before this is new to me.

Help – client coming to view this evening.

I have rendered to both animation and dv codecs. The resultant clips play fine in QT player and WM player but gets fudged up in the Premiere timeline.
