Where are you located? How many CS6 editors? What systems are they using? What sort of problems are they experiencing?
The first thing to do is to document the issues – what happens, on what system, is it repeatable, etc. If the issues are similar across various systems, it’d probably be easier to deal with. If it’s a mixed bag – someone will have to catalog / document the issues and attack them one by one.

Are you sure it’s the motherboard and not the OS (installation)? Intel boards are generally stable.
If stability is your first priority (I imagine it is), I would go for a an entry-level HP Z420 workstation: it starts just above $1.2K, very stable; comes with a 3-year on-site warranty. It could be one of the Dell Precision systems, too.
If that for some reason doesn’t work out, I’d look at Intel, Supermicro server/ workstation class boards – those that are engineered for stability, support ECC memory, etc. Let me know if you need specific suggestions.

It appears that system time am/pm tags have been replaced with “hijacked / infected” text strings, probably somewhere in the registry, probably by a previous infection. Have your system been infected before? If so, by what?
It’s possible it’s not infected now, and these are just remnants of past infections. I’d still clean it up and research which malware could have caused it – just to be sure it’s fully out of your system.

(Any chance of posting this in 2K? YouTube I believe is the only one supporting 2K… It still compressed but the quality should be better than Vimeo’s 1080p.)

Don’t think a V4HD will work unless it’s a DVCPro-based codec – other codecs are not hardware-accelerated, and I doubt they will play via V4HD at full frames if at all. FW800 is not a lot of bandwidth: monitoring through it will require compressing whatever is on the timeline, to fit in the FW800 stream. Oh, and there will be latencies.
A PCIe cage like Cubix or Sonnet might be the only solution if there is no way to take make a PCIe slot available.
Or a PC. Sometimes the only way out is through. 🙂

eSATA is fine – any way you can read that SSD is fine; Thunderbolt is not necessary for that purpose, and you’re right, there aren’t any add-on Thunderbolt adapters. It’s either built-in or you can’t have it.
