I do not know the third-party applications that can read the sfl files directly, but you can write a script (or use ready-made solutions), which exports markers in the desired format.
For example, Vegasaur can export chapters to the text file for DVD Lab Pro or Cinema Craft Encoder etc. -

Create a table in a text editor (e.g. OpenOffice Writer), and then capture and save it as an image (I prefer free Screenpresso for screen capture) and finally bring it to Vegas. Voila!

Do you mean the easy way to place a few scattered events side by side?
Afaik, there is no solution out of the box. But you can try to find a free script that can do this or
use commercial tools, like Vegasaur, which contains such commands and much more. -
