I suppose it’s a bug…
I was able to delete/copy text keyframes: click on the keyframe but do not release the mouse button. Now press Del or Ctrl+X -

Make sure your render fps is equal to the source fps…

1. Please note that the markers are not attached to the clips – for example, if you change the order of events on the timeline, markers won’t follow them…
2. Vegas can easily locate media files by various properties (in Project Media window – Search Media Bins command). Vegas Pro 13 also supports media tags…

VP13 offers proxy editing “out of the box”, why not use it?
