I don’t want to mislead you – it is about video for the web. However, stuff like formats and codecs are a part of web video and any other digital video. The difference is that when you are targeting the web, you are using lossy codecs, whereas when you are targeting broadcast, you are (hopefully) using losless compression. But again, Formats, Codecs, data rate, keyframes – all are a part of the process of making video.
But take a look at the TOC and decide if the DVD is right for you.

Imagineer mocha, but it ain’t cheap.
If you have After Effects, it comes with a stabilizer. It’s not great, but if you do have AE, you can buy Imagineer Mocha AE which is the same stabilizer as mocha, but at 1/10th the cost.

You can also use Window > The smoother to smooth out keyframes.
Select the keyframes and then apply the smoothing. It will delete man if the keyframes.
Soundkeys is a much better option overall when working with audio.

It probably was moving, but so fast that it appears to barely move. I know that sounds weird, but have you ever seen how helicopters blades or wheel’s hubcaps seem to run slowly or even in reverse when they are rotating very very quickly – it’s the same sort of effect. Reduce the amount of rotation

Sure – NOW you want to use the stroke effect. You cna either duplicate the layer and use the stroke effects as a track matte – animating on the stroke which causes the reveal – or you can use it directly on the layer and use the stroke option called “reveal original image.”

If you’re talking future versions, then keep in mind that whenever the pIllsuion AE plug-in is ready it should be able to do this using automatically generated audio keyframes.
