This is how I’ve done it:
Make a null bounce up and down one – at the sp[eed you want it to bounce.
– Add a looping expression to the null’s position property: loopOut(type=”cycle”)
– Make the ball layer a child of the null.
– Animate the ball from Left to right. position it so that when the null comes down, the ball is on the text.

I didn’t understand that. If you motion tracked markers, how does that translate out as cue points. Either you;re using the wrong terminology or I’m completely having a brain freeze.
What does motion tracking have to do with cue points?
You can add cue points in flash and squeeze. You may have to write down you’re cue points and do it manually, or this might work…
– Export a temporary flash file from AE (you can probably turn off all of your layers for this – read below)
– Also render uncompressed from AE
– Compress the uncompressed video in squeeze
– Bring the squeezed FLV into Flash, and give it a flash player.
– Bring the temporary AE flash file into flash
-Copy the cue points from your AE flash file to the FLV player’s cue points list.Anyway, since all you need in the temp flash file is the cue points and not the visuals, you don’t need to burden ae with having to actually render your layers and effects. All you need is the markers.
I have never tried this so I have no idea if copying the list is even possible, but if it is, maybe it will work.

I had Sea Monkeys, as my first pets. They were awesome. If you turned out the lights and put a flashlight on the tank, they did flips.
Not a single one ever waved to me like they did in the pictures in the comic books, but they did wear hats and sunglasses.
And you thought brine shrimp were just good whale food…
Anyway, I eventually moved up to fish, then lizards, then birds, then hamsters, and then finally cats. It’s been a long walk up the evolutionary ladder.

Look at the name of the tutorial. It’s not called 3D text. It covers text in there, but only as part of the whole thing. So searching for 3D text would not bring it up.

I think they film with makeup until they have to do the healing shot – and in the healing shot, they do it with CGI.
The effect shots in those sort of scenes are usually locked down, or the actor moves very little.
And when the shots aren’t locked down, you can often see just a hint of shake. As good as the stuff on Heroes is, it’s not always perfect, so you can see how they do it.
Still, it’s my favorite show on network TV. And it’s nice to see one of our boys go legit(Masi Oka was an animator, and still worked at ILM during season 1)

Actually, I have both and use both. Each has their own advantages and disadvantages, and are essential tools in my kit of many wonders. But speciffically, I meant that that effect looked like particleIllusion, or at the very least could be done in it.

Pretty sure this is a RAM issue. When I get this I do 1 of 2 things:
1) Edit > Purge > All (or Image Cache)
2) Shut down and restart AE.
These usually solve the problem.
