No, purging doesn’t help. I guess we’ll have to go manual on this one.

There’s no error message (like the ones that appear in the bottom of the comp in an orange strip)
Rather than that, the slider stops functioning – no matter which value I dial in, the inside comps don’t swap.

Thanks Dan. I changed this on the slider, but after a render the expression breaks.

The cube Z size was 0.
Changed it to 0.5, problem solved.

In the spline, go to Object > Intermediate Points > Natural,
tweak numbers to liking.

That – I know. And I’d don’t really need the brushes.

I’m looking for the convenient drawing style, jumping frames and drawing, onion skinning and all that jazz, not to mention the ability to actually see the layer I’m drawing over !

Not to mention that after effects is opening a layer for each brush stroke. With keyframes. What a mess.
