Your footage is 1440×1080 Anamorphic, the picture you are seeing on the screen however, is displaying at 1920×1080, I don’t know why you would want to keep it anamorphic

I can vouch for this. I have been using H.264 for youtube and it looks amazing with barely any loss of quality at all.

I believe that means that you must own the entire CS5 Production Premium suite or else Dynamic link is not usable, I’m not 100% sure though.

Make sure all your programs are up to date.

I recommend you use this codec instead of uncompressed.
