Define “automatically”. After Effects has a feature called Time Remapping, that does a great job.

I am confused by this statement. You can still have Premiere and AE open at the same time. Dynamic Link isn’t another application that ‘runs in the background’. As the feature states, the Dynamic Link feature simply permits the ability to import AE projects without actually having to output them from Premiere Pro.

The trial version of Premiere Pro 2.0 will not let you burn DVDs or edit MPEG2 files, so there is no point in trying to import or create DVD Menus for use in Premiere

I edit 4 camera projects almost everday, without an issue. A few things:
1) Media settings: Where did you acquire your footage from? What are the properties of the footage?
2) Project setings: What are your project settings?
3) You mention you have a 250gb drive. Do you only have ONE drive installed in the system?Aanarav Sareen

I have had a few issues with the XL1s in regards to capturing. Download the trial version of ScLive to determine if the problem is still there.
