If you want images to fly around, then you need something similar to After Effects. Doing this in Premiere Pro would be a nightmare.

Sorry, there is no way to avoid audio conforming. However, audio conforming should be happening if your media settings = project settings. Is that the case?

That is done via After Effects and not Premiere Pro. Post your question in the AE forum and you’ll get a better answer…
