Converting NTSC foortage to PAL
Hi,
Is it possible in Prem to convert footage from NTSC to PAL? In a corner at the moment and really need a fix? how do the pros do it for DVD releases?
ANy help would be very much appreciated!

Are you going to burn the DVD from Ppro’s “DVD Layout” or Export and use another authoring program?

Premiere Pro does not do a good job. I recommend Canopus Procoder.

And if you’re going to digibeta don’t bother with Procoder either. Pay a little extra and do a proper standards conversion.
I assume if you’re going to digibeta you intend to broadcast. Even a Procoder conversion won’t pass the test in PAL land.
