That seems inaccurate. Usually the DVA apps have the same release cycle, so holding up one or two apps doesn’t make sense. Considering that Adobe’s PR has been constantly saying “mid-summer”, I would consider June or July to be the release date for CS3.

How are you exporting your content to either of these 2 formats? Can you describe your workflow in detail?

I would still recommend using Premiere Elements, as it supports DVD import.

If I recall correctly, Premiere Pro 1.0 had some issues with the DVX-100 footage. Can you download the trial version of 2.0 and see if the problem still exists?

Are you sure that this is correct? Also, Premiere Elements may be a better choice for you. Premiere Pro does not support highly compressed formats.

From my Acrobat 8 Pro experience, I would say that the trial is valid for 60 days. Other than that, you’ll have to pay the usage and subscription fees. However, don’t quote me on that 😉 I’ll try to get official info for you, if interested.

Nope, you aren’t missing anything. You have to manually copy and paste your footage in order to loop it (if the footage is loopable)
