Did you burn it as a Data disc or as a music CD?

Is Premiere Pro maximized? It shouldn’t be. Restore Premiere Pro and from the right hand corner, drag the window to the second monitor. This should “undock” the other windows for you.

From Premiere? No. It is not possible. You can play around with the quality settings in Photoshop, but Premiere does not attempt to enhance frame exports.

Use the project manager and back it up to an external harddrive.

Submit a feature request.

1. Create a new project > Import your old project into the new project to see if it resolves the problem. If it does NOT then go on to step # 2
2. Create a new project and try opening it to see if the problem exists. If it does, then there is something corrupt with the installation. If it does not, then the project is either damaged or corrupted.

How did you backup your project? Via the project manager in Premiere Pro 1.5? Try doing a repair install of Premiere Pro to see if it helps.

Looks like a case of spyware or someother malware on your system. Have you tried running anti-spyware programs?
