Is this a new problem or a pre-existing one? What are your project settings? If you are using the Canopus settings, try using the default PPRO ones to see if the problem can be fixed. Also, turn off any background processes to see if that helps. What kind of files are you editing? MPEG or AVI?

Zoom into the video (scale property) and randonly keyframe the position characteristic at fast intervals.

Hmm..I have seen and read the exact opposite of what you are saying (ie. trouble free MPEG exports). Anyway, try this: Export the file as an AVI and import it into a new project and try exporting that.

Yes, my laptop is running the entire video suite professional including AE 6.5, PPRO 1.5, Encore DVD 1.5, Photoshop CS and Audition 1.5 with no problems at all.I wrote this article a couple of days back and might help you with some of the topics that you mentioned above. Well, you could export the video from Premiere Pro as an AVI and then use the trial version of ScLive to output it to tape.

Looks more like a preview issue. WHat are the properties of your program monitor? Is it set to draft resolution or to high resolution? Also, have you enabled the ‘Optimize Stills’ option?
