A loud beep often occurs in two different situations: hardware failure or operating system corruption. I used to have the loud beeping noise (which was annoying and REALLY loud) and the culprint was the motherboard. Replaced the motherboard and so far so good!Aanarav Sareen

What are the specs of the zd8000? Video suite applications really like to use RAM, so give it all you can afford.

I haven’t seen this problem, even when QT 7 was in beta. Looks like some sort of registry conflicts. Try installing a utility called CrapCleaner and scan for any issues.

Is this happening on all three systems or just the one system? If it is just one computer, try re-installing the program.

QT is supported by Premiere Pro. Do you have quicktime installed? If not, install it and you should see that you can import QT files. But, considering the nature of alpha files, I am not surprised that it takes a lot of space.Aanarav Sareen

This is a known problem. Have you installed the reccomended updates from Adobe? There are two updates that you might want to install: The Premiere Pro MPEG encoder version 1.1 as well as Premiere Pro 1.5.1 (provided you have Premiere Pro 1.5)Aanarav Sareen
