Creating a blurred background with Premiere Pro
Hello, can Premiere Pro create a blurred background such as that caused by the shallow depth of field created by a telephoto lense? Thanks – Craig

Yes, it is possible but, it would take a tremendous amount of time to do so. Can you post a screenshot, so that we can see what exactly you are trying to accomplish?Aanarav Sareen
