ACVHD Lite export flickers really bad
*Neewbie here*
I have a Panasonic Lumix camera that shoots in HD.
I took all this film in AVCHD Lite format. When exporting from Sony Vegas I get a really bad flicker throughout the entire film.
Here are the properties of the video file:

I have tried exporting in various different formats. Also changed around the project settings in field order, Deinterlace method, Frame rate etc. Also tried swithces -> reduce interlace flickerI can’t find anything that works. I really know very little about this stuff so any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
