Thanks for the radial wipe suggestion. It’s really close to what i’m trying to achieve, a fill that follows the shape of the layer.

Hi Dave,

That had crossed my mind…

I thought there might be another way more ‘automatic’ like how it is with the Write On effect, or Stroke effect. Those work perfect, but only follow a line. Didn’t know if there was a way to do the same thing but with a fill.

I saw that, and wondered how to do that in Cinema 4d. I’ve watched some other tutorials, but they’ve been pretty vague. He just makes it look so easy.

‘Close’ will just close the comp window in the timeline viewer. ‘Close Project’ actually closes the file you’re working on and gives you a blank slate.

So basically you’re saying you create a map of all the textures that are unwrapped, then they get wrapped again in After Effects. If I don’t need to edit it in photoshop for instance, can I just take that unwrapped file and apply it?

So just checking myself here. I’m editing all the 24p clips in 24p avchd timelines. This is going to TV so am I correct in my process of dropping the final edits 24p timeline into a 29.97 timeline and exporting from there?
