I don’t see what’s to gain from that. The problem is not visual. It’s time based…

There are no in or out points on the sequence and the loop function is off. It almost appears similar to a RAM preview in After Effects…

Thanks! Looks like the problem was in exporting from After Effects.

Unfortunately, now I can’t seem to figure out why, after rendering a sequence, I can only seem to playback about a second’s worth of footage. I posted about it here in relation to a different project: https://forums.creativecow.net/readpost/3/910165.

You have it right. I just can’t figure out how to set up my sequence in portrait mode. Can that even be done in Premiere?

Well, like I said, I redid everything in Premiere to test that wasn’t the problem. However, I just realized I never flipped the “canvas” (or whatever you want to call it) to portrait in Premiere…in fact, I don’t think you can do so. Do you think that’s the problem? I guess maybe I should do all my editing in After Effects for this one.

Jeez, thats rough. Do you think I’d prefer the Premiere or After Effects versions for graphical keyframing? At this point, I mostly use FCP as force of habit, having about 8 years experience with it. Now that I’m working with more comoressed media, I’m getting sick of the need to constantly render, so am thinking of switching for good.
