Robert&#8217;s suggestion of using Hedge, Silverstack, or Copy That are how I&#8217;d probably do this.  </p>

Most &#8220;regular&#8221; users won&#8217;t eat up all the ram.  That said, if you&#8217;re running a tonne of software, browser tabs, and other apps at the same time, the more ram the better. If you&#8217;re using Motion, it can chew up memory too.  When memory gets filled up (I&#8217;m simplifying), macOS writes some of it to the&hellip;</p>

<p>If they died tomorrow, I&#8217;d *very likely* order two ASDs to replace them &#8211; not because they&#8217;re the best monitors available, but close enough,&hellip;</p>

If they&#8217;re plain FCP titles, you can select them all, and in the inspector, change the size of them all at once. Now, if you had custom text sizes on various subtitles, then they will all be reset to whatever you change it to.</p>

Then pick the colour picker and select the background of your video &#8211; that will match it and you should be good.  You can also trim from the top and bottom if you like.  Make sense?</p>

FCP has generally been pretty solid but I have seen plugins stop working properly.  If I were you, I would wait until the projects were wrapped up to upgrade.</p>

I go through the notes, and drop a marker at each spot and label them 01, 02, 03, 04, etc so I am able to find them quickly on the spreadsheet. As I finish each change, I remove the marker.</p>

<p>Doing it this way lets me make the changes in whatever order I prefer &#8211; it&#8217;s served me well for years.  Hope that helps!</p>
