    The way I handle this is I link to use markers. I go through the notes, and drop a marker at each spot and label them 01, 02, 03, 04, etc so I am able to find them quickly on the spreadsheet. As I finish each change, I remove the marker.

    Doing it this way lets me make the changes in whatever order I prefer – it’s served me well for years. Hope that helps!
