Steve I always read the maual before I bother people like yourself. I went to the same website you directed me to long before I posted my question. IT wasn’t very helpful and didn’t show a practical solution for my problem. Although I might have overlooked it. In the meantime, Focus apologized for having send me a device, which was not updated to produce FCP files. A software fix will be send. I am glad there is a solution to the problem.
While I appreciate that you took the time to reply, it was not necessary to reprimand me in this forum for my question. This forum should be big enough to take all questions…even if they appear dumb to you.
After all, nobody is forcing you to answer them.
