    Michael,

You may be able to by using the spectral view but it will be a lot of work and you will most likely degrade the audio you want to keep … I think it would be easier if you could find a simular crowd noise and replace it all together ……….. WILLIE

    Norman,

2.0 won’t be any more efficant than 1.5, as you discovered once it’s there, it’s there to stay ……….. WILLIE

    Norman,

Simply put your cursor over the area you would liked to expand and then go to the ZOOM CONTROL tab at the bottom of you screen … If you don’t have that window up for some reason, go to the WINDOW tab at the top and select it ……… WILLIE

Mainly I just record my tunes, but recently I have crossed over to the dark side and have been producing a weekly fishing program … I also produce other musicians with my focus being acoustic music … WILLIE

    Arda,

The first time I replaced and audio track to a video project with audio I had recorded via a digital recorder I didn’t think it sounded natural either … What I do when I have something like this is put it down and don’t listen to it for a while because your ears are hyper sensitive to it, like a leaky faucet in the dark of the night … It seems when I come back to it and listen with “fresh ears” I hear it for what it is ……………. 2.0 is different and a session from 1.5 needs to be reconfigured which 2.0 does when you bring it back into it from 1.5 … You can load a session from 2.0 into 1.5 without a problem … I am thinking that 1.5 may be a better way to get familiar with the program since it is a bit more user friendly … E-mail me with your address at loganonestudio@aol.com and I will get a copy in the mail to you next week when I get back from filming my next fishing program ………. Arda,

If it were me I would take and get in my car with a recorder, (even if it’s just your camcorder) and go for a drive … Then I would bring it into Audition and put it underneath your dialog track … You can try adding some white noise if the first method isn’t viable for you ………. WILLIE

    Skeeter,

You should be just fine with your setup just make sure that your playback track isn’t connected to the same buss that you are using for your record track ……….. WILLIE
