I think I may have not created the Pro Res HQ preset correctly.
The output file has 2 dimension sizes when I hit command i in quicktime, with quicktime opening it in 1920×1080.
Still confused…

Replace the Raedon, even if it is only for GUI.

It’s possibly a gamma issue. What’s your computer profile’s color gamma set to? Are you using Quicktime 7 or X? What versions of OS is your computer vs the other ones you are checking on?

That’s pretty poor… and kind of hillarious. Did they fix it in recent FCP versions? Do you know if that’s a problem with Adobe’s Premier?

Try not to make a dramatic change, keep it simple. Sounds like they should have used a filter. Hard to say any ways of making it go faster, I’m sure each scene is different. Don’t you think there’s limitations to what can be done in the time allotted?

I never expect speed changes to go through with 100% accuracy, even the constant ones, even though the manual says it can. I always ask that the speed changes are taken off and the full clip put at the end of a sequence.
I would like to know too, as well, if Tiff sequences are just not capable of this. Did it just completely ignore the in and out of the clip?

Yeah, I have the Decklink SDI too, but in case I wanted to connect to multiple monitors, I was looking at the other ones. Is the 4K going to just phase out the need for the other card?
