what the heck is “shift delete” anyway? Must be a FCP thing. All shift + delete does in the PC world is delete files at the desktop level without sending them to the recycle bin.

never mind… without uninstalling 7 first, I got errors. Now all seems fine.

win 7 pro here… no issues at all with the same camera. Try making sure in the A1’s camera settings menu it matches the signal to whatever edit app’s project you’re using and you have to make that adjustment with firewire disconnected, otherwise it will be greyed out.

You probably didn’t have “use marks” selected in the export settings, which will export the whole sequence regardless what your I/O marks are.

Since you don’t say what the problem is… I’m guessing your sequence may be Long GOP related? Which you should probably look into https://www.calibratedsoftware.com/QXDSpecs.asp. Just a hunch.
