AMA QTref
Hi,
I have noticed that even after transcoding AMA-material on the timeline I have problems exporting QT-reference.
What is this all about? I have also noticed that if I move the part I want to export on a new timeline, everything works well.

Since you don’t say what the problem is… I’m guessing your sequence may be Long GOP related? Which you should probably look into https://www.calibratedsoftware.com/QXDSpecs.asp. Just a hunch.

What codec did you transcode to? The most foolproof is to transcode to a DNxHD codec and also transcode audio. Basically nothing in your sequence should be referencing an AMA sourced clip.
Move the sequence to its own bin, transcode, then look at the Video Format column to ensure everything is now DNxHD.
