Surely those numbers are a typo. 720×60?

Well without knowing much about your system specs since you didn’t post any… it’s kindly telling you you don’t have the supported graphics driver for your card. You have 276.28… it wants 275.89. So in essence download the correct Nvidia driver, uninstall the one you have & install the correct one.

I guess I’ll just have to find a font preview program beforehand now since Red doesn’t seem to work the way it used to for so long.

Hi Peter. The font list appears. I can scroll through, but it’s not like it has been in previous versions where I could click where the current font name is (the area next to the downward icon for the drop down list) and I could use the arrow keys to view each successive font and the text would update in the text window at each arrow key press.

Having a hard time wording this properly… but the way it is now it seems I can’t just click the font name currently selected without the font list dropping down. In other words that small area (the currently selected font AND the font list selection icon to the right of it do the same thing… font list drop down. I’m laughing as I re-read this. Makes no sense 😀

Hi Jeff. Yea I know that, but what took a mere couple of seconds before now takes considerably longer for the same results :-\

Hi Peter. I found the answer earlier on the Avid forums. It’s evidently MC 5.x related and not BCC related. I’ve been cutting on XDV 3.5 forever and the other day I was working on a MC 5.5 system with BCC 7 installed and noticed this issue. The acceleration parameters (similar to a ease in, ease out) are gone in all AVX plugins, plus some of the other native Avid effects such as PiP, Push, etc.

Unless this is a trick question my only guess would be that even though you say your camera is in manual mode YOU aren’t manually controlling it. Just a hunch 😉

use the crop tool first so you can see both clip’s colors, etc., make your adjustments, then un-crop before render.
