It appears by the link posted by Graham that Mercalli 4 isn’t supported in Vegas 12.
That’s not correct. I have Mercalli 4 and it works just the same with V12 as V13. Just tried it to make sure. Both the CMOS Fixr and proDAD Mercallli v4 FX work.
Agree with John 100%. The request for mpeg video with pcm audio doesn’t make any sense for widespread distribution. While it can be done in Tsmuxer, the resulting files (either ts or m2ts) will not play in Windows Media Player–it will play only video. This should give you a clue that it is not considered a legitimate format. However, TMPGEnc’s MPEG Smart Renderer 4 will do this and the mediainfo from a file is virtually identical to your sample and it will play in Windows Mediai Player. If this is a “one off” project, you could always download a trial which I believe lasts 15 days.
The easiest way is to first render your video stream using the Blu-ray 1920×1080-60i template. Customize the template so that you have a CBR of 15 Mbps. Then render your audio using the wav 48Khz, 16 bit stereo, PCM template. You will then have to mux these together. You can use the freeware Tsmuxer which will produce a transport stream or something like TMPGEnc’s MPEG smart renderer which will produce a program stream. In both cases, the audio will be PCM. I’m pretty sure other freeware tools are available to do the muxing.
Regardless, this approach requires rendering to an intermediate, an unnecessary step in my view. A better alternative is this. https://www.vegasvideo.de/vegas-2-handbrake-en Once it’s set up, it is very easy to easily render in Handbrake without have to make an intermediate. Saves a lot of time.
So compressing these in handbrake would add to the time it takes to get a video ready for YouTube.
Not if you use this. https://www.vegasvideo.de/vegas-2-handbrake-en Once you get it set up, it really is pretty slick. Rather than rendering to an intermediate, you are frame-serving directly to Handbrake. Within Handbrake you can also encode with Quick sync, which is a lot faster than CPU only. You can easily create a YT preset in Handbrake. The consensus seems to be that Handbrake produces better encodes, especially at lower bit rates. Since installing this, I have not used either MC or Sony AVC for encoding. Another option for better quality and faster encoding would be TMPGEnc’s Mastering Works, which also works with frameserving.
Have you looked at the security tab in the Properties window for Vegas and Photoshop. Mine shows Full control for SYSTEM and Administrators, but different for Wayne (my user acct). Photoshop permits full control whereas Vegas has only Special Permissions ticked. When you drill down, you find the only permission is for “delete”. Perhaps changing the Vegas permission to Full control might solve the problem? Moreoever, Vegas has an INTERACTIVE User which permits only Read and Read and Execute. I have no idea what this does.

What do you want to do with them? If you want to delete them, simply left click on the 1st, hold shift key down, and left click on the last which selects them all. Then right click and select delete.
Interesting point. I just checked on both of my machines and they each have only one user account–me, the Administrator. So everything is being “run as administrator”? Should that make a difference or should I create a standard account?
Here is the link to the thread in which the script is posted. Scroll down toward the end and find a post by Altarvic. If you click on that link, you can immediately download the script. To speed things up, I assigned the script the keyboard command “F4”. Works very nicely and a bit quicker than Alt-t-t-c.
