    Finally cracked this with a perfect burn.For those with similar problems there was not enough space in any of the temp files.What you have to do and are better off doing is creating a new temp file on your largest drive and saving it there.Had no clue that there would be insufficient space on the drive in the temp files.Thanks as always Jon Refano-if this helps someone all well and good.
    By the way 1080 on a 50 inch plazma with blue ray is absolutely superb and definitely worth all the hqssle-thanks again guys

    thanks John but cant even get that far.Thought it might be a size thing but cant for

    Hi ,Thanks for the help.Pretty sure my card can do it but not sure what u are saying here.Looked hard and cant find it in the preference menu-sorry to be so dim here but which menu are u talking about.All I want to do is span my time line across in a single line across both monitors so that it will be easier with all the stills that I have to sort

    Yeah u are dead right.I had to convert them using a seperate application but i eventually got it to work.THanks again for the help
