This is one of the easier moves in PrPro.
But do this first. Take still frames from the footage and save them out. Use photoshop or GIMP To analyze both sets of stills , the frame shots and your photos. Look at levels,and grain, Look at the color and channel histograms and match them , unless you do not care if they blend or have and artistic purpose in mind. Take notes of the levels and color, Gamma etc for the match.
If you are an experienced user you can probably do this in the effects controls with your effects plug ins.
Overlay your photos where needed in the timeline.
Adjust your motion controls for the photo layer to match scale and position. You can adjust opacity to see through your layer to get and exact scale and position match. Leaving the photo aspect as shot you can do magic tricks with motion effects. But an exact match should be easy as long as you shot footage and photos with square pixels.
You can also fine tune and adjust colors, levels and match grain in the effects controls.
You can then restore or blend your photo overlay opacity along the timeline. If you need guidance there just ask.Your effects control basics of position, scale and opacity are very basic level PrPro tools. So familiarize yourself with them . It gets to be a first line go-to for lots of special video effects.
If you have After Effects it makes all of this more precise and also easier if you learn the interface.

It did not occur to me that others have the Windows 10 problems I do.
But now I am thinking that is exactly your situation.
Sometimes I too have unresponsive program icons and no program initiation. Especially on my older Toshiba laptop.What I do is this:
chkdsk is an old solution but with the old machines I hated doing it. But I started again this year because of all of the problems the constant Windows 10 updates cause. Broken icons and registry links in general being among them.
So Right click on the old Start Orb. Select Command Line as Administrator.
In the Command shell window type in chkdsk C:/f/r
If your disk is another designated letter use that. The “f” and “r” tell the computer to fix and repair what is found.
It may say it cannot lock onto the drive and ask if you want to do the operation when you restart. Type in “y”.Do a shut down and cold boot or do a restart. Let the computer go through the process. It can take hours. But let it go all the way through the process.
That will fix it ( probably) until MS updates a time or two more and breaks it again.
Also a maintenance utility like PCTuneup by AVG will help keep the system running smoother.

Sounds like a Mac user solution. Windows users do not have to keep uninstalling and reinstalling even a tenth as much.
Having done CGI on 4 different platforms since 1992 that is my take on it.But maybe.

Furthermore the Z600 is a WORKSTATION.
It has plenty of power. It has a huge PSU.
It has many rails.It is finding the right one, the correct on, the correct plug of many, to connect the other power needs.
In fact the cards draw current from 3 sources. The PSU has all there. But just NOT as low hanging fruit on trees like in regular PCs.
This PSU is unlike any I have seen.
It is modular and connects to the mobo in a unique way.

Thanks for the reply.
However there are many different power connections on the Z600.As stated it does not have hanging leads except for one 6 pin .
I need to find a place to connect an 8 pin lead.
Until I find out the right place for that I do not even know what lead to buy.

It is now 2016 and this issue is muddier than ever. Adobe lists and nVidia lists don’t match.
The Cards on the Adobe list for GTX are all obsolete ( as are many of the others listed)
But they are available on Amazon used. (!?)
There is a lot of change and conflicting info on AE use of any card. What was simple a few years ago is now a mine field.
DON’T buy a Quadro K2200 for After Effects in any case.

Then I have wasted a lot of money on GPUs believing 16 years of NVidia and Adobe marketing haven’t I.
The PCs giving the math co processing power for fast calculation of effects stacks are way out of my price range.

The list of approved cards at Adobe.com and the list of approved cards at nVidia.com do not even match !
And the list of GTX cards that are approved are obsolete and probably take an order to existing stocks.

I used AE to stabilize some footage last night.
I ran the HP Advisor GPU monitor. Even though AE should be seeing the GPU for other things and using the 600 + cores the operation was dog slow, the HP Advisor GPU monitor showed no activity above normal desktop activity levels.
Even rendering showed nothing above normal desktop activity.
Windows 10 resource monitor showed 54% CPU used for the stabilization analysis. I think it was more for the render.
Even though supposedly AE can use the K2200 for operations other than raytracing I don’t see it happening. 5 or six drivers have been used by now in the last 10 days. This is disgusting.
I cannot imagine anyone even buying this brand new card from me so I can recover my money.

I tried the method in the video. several times.
Restarting , etc, AE CC 2015 still does not see my K2200.
