The issue is now resolved. Turned out the Sennheiser 3.5mm mini-plug to XLR cable was faulty.My mic is recording again.

However I had already tried a combination of the the following with no success:

XLR Input 2 : LINE

Internal Menu settings : CH2 – Input 2

Thanks Tero. I working on all those settings but the challenge I’m encountering is getting the skin tone right.

Try converting MPEG4 to other formats using Super Video Converter.
I normally use for my Nokia mobile.

Like you,I also had probs importing MPEG4 video into After Effects and this worked for me

other option i have is expressions using either Trapcode Soundkeys or the Keyframe Assistant in AE
