I hope I’m not being too harsh but If I’m being honest, those actors are far from being cleanly keyed out.
I know I might be picky, but if this was a paid job, my clients would send me back to the drawing board instantly. In theory, your screen should around 50 IRE or below, and saturation should be a lot lower, but it’s not an exact science.
The spill I’m talking about will especially affect your edges (See white outline and rough hairline).
You should also block off/drape any areas where the talent isn’t framed, then mask it out in post. Here’s what you should expect, these were done within Premiere UltraKey due to budget constraints, shot in 4K on FS7.

I can see the spill in the thumbnails 🙂

Hi Tyler,
Do you mean that you want the text to appear as a non blurred part of the video?
I’m sure you’ll get the results you are thinking of, but here’s the way to do it, the bolder the text, the better.Top track: Your title text.
Middle track: Your video with Track Matte effect. Set matte option to the track above (your title) and mode to alpha.
Bottom layer: Same video with blur effect.Vince Becquiot

I would try try throwing it in Adobe Media Encoder and converting to Pores 4:2:2.

Hi Mark,
If your sequence is 29.97, have you tried interpreting the 23.97 footage to 29.97?
Right click on clip: Modify > Interpret footage.

You have to manual keyframe the mask. If you reduce your preview area, you can drag off screen.
