Horizontal Banding Fix? I’ve never seen this kind before…
I’m currently editing a wedding film, but the footage from the ceremony has weird banding on it. It isn’t moving it all, it just looks like constant horizontal lines. I’m used to the flicker of flourescent lights, but this seems to be different. Any ideas on how to fix it? I attached a clip.

Looks like an old post, but this was likely due to power.
