I’ll add to all these excellent suggestions. If you’re only shooting on green screen once in a while and only own an HD camera, rent a 4K camera like an FS7 and shoot 4K. You’ll have a lot more color to work with even if you edit in HD and the results will be like night and day.

I think you mean video latency. This is pretty easily handled through a digital mixer. You can usually expect a frame a delay for every scan converter you go though.
There are some standalone audio delay units.

I think these are actually canned transitions from Film Impact: https://www.filmimpact.net/plugin/transition-pack-2/
Zoom blur and Impact Directional Blur. They are definitely quicker.

You’d be surprised how quickly CPU and as important, everything around them become obsolete.

You can transcode to a lower quality format to edit and replace at render time.

Hi Eric,
While you’ll probably always see a difference from 4:4:4, especially on a nice monitor, your export should still be clean.
Make sure that none of the “match source” boxes are checked, and I mean none.
Next, can you post a still comparison export and a screencap of your export settings?

First, I have to ask. Do you actually need 9:16? Most of the live content I see is rotated on site and actually plays in 16:9.

I would say, the simplest way would be through Playback Pro.
Now, if you need layers, or work on blended screens, you could look at Watchout, but simple is no longer part of that sentence 🙂

Hi David,
You can use the back slash key to zoom to sequence area, or drag the edges of the bar at the bottom of you sequence to zoom in or out.
On many computers, you can also pinch to zoom when the sequence is selected.Vince Becquiot
