I saw on one tutorial, that basically one guy could from the File menu has a new option that says ” open EXR in new composition” , without using new plugin from the effect panel.

Therefore the workflow was very quick. Using Extractor is really slow and tedious.

I read the whole documentation twice but I could get a clue how doing like this guy has it.

That texture, from where can i get and how do i install it?

Hi Adam,

i tried what you said, I totally agree you are right, because i tried with soem cubes with the knife tool and looks it should be in that direction. However becauase i am not a modeller guy, I am not sure how to cut properly the knife in order to do some round corners on the sides of the cubes.

any suggestion?

Thanks a lot Joseph, your articles is amazing. I would use the same workflow to update the mess in the new tv broadcast I am working now.

I have a couple of questions.

If in the same project for a certain client, you have premiere projects and AE projects, how do you arrange the folders?? and what if the assets are for both of them?

Do you work with versions? I mean using Increment and Save from AE. In the case you want to review any of these changes as the client does not like the new changes and he prefers the old version.

It is possible to labeling the premiere projects file? I want to include some metadata on the Premiere files, such as the briefing and keywords as well. I tried in Bridge CS5 , but it does not allow me.

this makes me wonder, why if the screen has a certain size, they presume they can HD display, when actually there is no difference?

Is there any reason for this?

I have another question quite related.

For the new iphones which resolution do you export?

they say 1280×720 .

Therefore I exported for 1280×70 for HD iphone 4 with mp4 and h264 level 4.1 bitrate 700kb

and i exported 480×320 for HD iphone 3 and below with mp4 and h264 level 4.1 bitrate 700kb

Frankly speaking i dont see any diference at all in the quality of the videos.

In iphone 3 actually these clips didnt work.

I got a situation where we set up as well campaigns for Africa features phones, that actually are quite old. My company has been working using 3GP in the past. Do you think Mp4 with h264 will work for them too??

By the way , for Desktop and Iphone do you use the same bitrate??

I could not find the option Video Profile 4.1. Where do you find that?? which application do you use to export like that? Premiere?
