Thanks for that. Will check it out. Any leads on free plugins would help as well. Is it easy to do the same in livetype?

Hi Bob,

The EDL has the correct In and Out AFTER i manually rest the Media Start to 00:00:00:00. The EDL has the wrong Media Start numbers when i import it into FCP.

All media should start at 00:00:00:00. Once i make the change and reconnect media it reflects the edit correctly. Is there a way to ensure that the EDL from AVID has the Media Start as 00:00:00:00? Is that what you mean by source time code?

Thanks for that! Very helpful. I did notice that the Media Start in all cases is wrong. It should be 00:00:00:00 for all the clips. If i manually change all the start times to 00 in the browser the clips take the correct in and out points.

Do you know of any way to do that without having to manually change all the settings?
