The XDCAM utility doesn’t support 30p. Do I need an SDI card or can I capture the LP footage though firewire?

Ok, found it. There’s a Pro-Application Support update which solved the problem. Sorry to bother everyone!

Further info: I got an e-mail from Sony saying that the file on their site is known corrupted, and they are going to replace it.

I haven’t been able to mount the file, but I did find another copy of the file at Sony Europes web site here:

You have to sign up for an account to download. Click on the camera link near the bottom then click support information.
